We were put in to teams of 4/5 Visual Communication Design students of all years. Our prompt was to create a fictional language that was based off of "Nature".
When our group discussed our thoughts on nature, we all brought up animals. We wanted to create an animal based language that resembles Aurebesh (from Star Wars) and have it feel as if it was a cave painting.
We tried to find animals whose shape resembles the characters/forms of Aurebesh.
We then wanted to form the sentance "Welcome to the Animal Kingdom"
We then created final mockups using this saying.
